Faber Castell — Servicing | |||
I bought a cooking stove years ago. Their auto ignition stopped working, with difficulty i got their service contact number. They have apparently outsourced their servicing of the products they sell but have zero control on the work or service provided by these agencies. One person, after repeated follow ups turned up, said generator was gone, asked for 1250, then said spark pin, he said he had it and when i asked him to show me the new pin, he said he did nt have it but that he ll adjust with another pin. Then i said why should i pay for a pin that is not meant for my stove and where is the guarantee or any papers for the generator or the new pin. He said bill itself was guarantee. Why is Faber Company allowed to sell in INdia when they dont provide any service after purchase and they send a bunch of mechanics they have no control over to our houses. He has taken the money for the generator and 400 for servicing but we have no papers Was this information helpful? | |||
