On 6th of June 2026, we had purchased a HOB Bella HT 904 and a RO Purifier Altroz Gold. We got the HOB installed, but the RO unit was not installed. After repeated requests and follow up it was confirmed by the technicians that the RO cannot be installed at our premises without causing damage to our existing furniture and fixtures. A part of the dishwasher was ordered two months ago as it was damaged and even know we are constantly being told that they are still waiting for the part to arrive and not sure when it will. We are unable to use the machine since two months. I sent an email for an update and the response was "part has been ordered and it will take some time". So, not sure how long and no proper empathy. We might have to throw the machine and buy a new one...

We bought a Faber chimney in March 2025, got it installed in May and had used it for a month or two before it stopped working. We contacted Faber support (Santoshi Enterprises Dehradun) several and numerous times. They came and mentioned that it needs a motor replacement. We waited for almost 2 months. They kept saying that they have not received the motor and can't fix it. Which motor in India takes 2 months to come? This was utterly ridiculous....

I bought Faber pluto 60 chimney from flipkart on 13/04/25 but they delivered a defective chimney they also offered a free of cost installation which flipkart never honored and I end up paying for that too delayed the installation deliberately to evade the return period of 7 days then chimney is making terrible unpleasant noise a big inconvenience while cooking but despite complaint BAN[protected] and regular follow up they are not interested...

I purchased Faber Cook top with model number B081TJ29BR on[protected] through Amazon portal.
Initial year was a big issue where we could not find the right service centre and getting the service is a very big hectic job. Model is such that you cant deep clean the cooktop. We bought a Faber Hood - Primus Plus (Chimney) on 22Dec2022. It suddenly stopped working and registered a complaint over phone on 12th May 2025. They not even provided us the service request number.

Faber india services are pathetic and very unprofessional.
I registered complaint regarding chimney issue on 25 March, with complaint id LUC[protected].
Technician visited 1 or 2 days after, checked all issues
