We bought a Faber chimney in March 2025, got it installed in May and had used it for a month or two before it stopped working. We contacted Faber support (Santoshi Enterprises Dehradun) several and numerous times. They came and mentioned that it needs a motor replacement. We waited for almost 2 months. They kept saying that they have not received the motor and can't fix it. Which motor in India takes 2 months to come? This was utterly ridiculous....

I purchased Faber Cook top with model number B081TJ29BR on[protected] through Amazon portal.
Initial year was a big issue where we could not find the right service centre and getting the service is a very big hectic job. Model is such that you cant deep clean the cooktop. I have purchased a Cook top stove belongs to FABER company from Bajaj electronics, Tiruoati, Andhra Pradesh. From the day of installation, two Burnals are not working properly. Technician came and noticed the problem and told some parts to be replaced. He never turned again to rectify the issue and inspite of our repeated calks nothing has happened. Many times my self and my wife tried to contact the customer care, but all our efforts to rectify our issue were fruitful. Iam totally dissatisfied with the type of service extended here. Faber india services are pathetic and very unprofessional.
I registered complaint regarding chimney issue on 25 March, with complaint id LUC[protected].
Technician visited 1 or 2 days after, checked all issues
And some parts were needed to be replaced, he said he will be coming in a week but every time he is delaying and now its more than 2 months, due to his behaviour i am very depressed and kitchen condition is getting...
