45772/45773- i had given a bag with approximately 9-10 kgs of wearable clothes on 12th oct. I was promised that the clothes will be delivered on 15th oct then promised on 16th oct then on 17th oct. Now i got an update that they will deliver it on 19th oct.
I have been trying to reach out to them constantly over the phone but nobody is responding.

But, above all my clothes were not even ironed. They were washed and folded only and I was charged for ironing.
This is pathetic
