I called this laundry's hotline and asked for someone to come collect my laundry, and the pickup person told me he was coming at 10 am, but ended up coming at 5 pm. He took my clothes and gave me the receipt.

After a few days, he calls me and tells me i will have to first pay the amount online before he can even leave the laundry facility. I told him i will pay him online or in cash the minute he is at my door. He and many other people call me to tell me that they will not do that as their company policy is to only deliver after they recieve payment online, after which they will dispatch the goods.

Now every day i get over 10 phone calls asking me to make payment, and i tell them that i wont make payment unless i see my goods and inspect the quality of their services. They are not agreeing to that.

Which means they are in illegal possession of items that rightly belong to me.

45772/45773- i had given a bag with approximately 9-10 kgs of wearable clothes on 12th oct. I was promised that the clothes will be delivered on 15th oct then promised on 16th oct then on 17th oct. Now i got an update that they will deliver it on 19th oct.

I have been trying to reach out to them constantly over the phone but nobody is responding.
