Fabgallery — fraud website, order not received, need refund

It is a fraud website. I order a sweater worth ts 265, i haven't received my order yet. Also, i have mailed them several times but initially they weren't responding and now the mail id doesn't even exist. I need my refund, kindly help me in getting the same. Please take strtict actions against these people. Also, on their website, the product status still shows processing and it's already been 15 days.

I have made an order for 2 dresses via link of fabgallaery sponsored by Facebook. The payment was made online on 8th Jan and till today 20th Jan I have not received my order. The order number is false and they are not even replying on mail.
