We tried to book a room and money got deducted but we didn't get any confirmation mail or message and the booking was not completed. I called them and asked and they told booking is not done and they asked us to call bank for refund. But when submitted complaint in sbi they sent us this message:
"Your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:As confirmed with merchant, transaction[protected] has been successful and settled on 26th Sept, 2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant.."
The transaction id and date is mentioned in this message. Kindly take action so that i get the refund amount of 2291 rs.
