So I've booked fab hotel on 19th October 2022 and in the Morning when I went to the hotel the hotel staff asked me to cancel my order because of their terms and conditions that the local aadhar dosent valid so they said cancel it the money will be refunded to your bank account.it's been so many days the booking has cancelled but still my money doesn't refunded to my account

I've booked 2 rooms at Kodaikanal on 26/05/2022 through their website. I've paid 25% (Rs 4042) of total amount of Rs 16166 as required. At the time of check-in the respected hotel Roshan Residency stated that they have no vacant rooms and haven't recieved the confirmation from Fabhotel team. I've reached with my family at 2 am and got stuck there due to their irresponsible behaviour. I tried calling them N number of times where...

Fabhotel booked a hotel for a stay of a family comprising of kid and elders. Even after receiving confirmation and payment of token amount, there was no hotel booking available at hotel wen we reached. There was no proper redressal of problem. Extreme inconvenience created because of thier incompetence and fraudulent service....

We tried to book a room and money got deducted but we didn't get any confirmation mail or message and the booking was not completed. I called them and asked and they told booking is not done and they asked us to call bank for refund. But when submitted complaint in sbi they sent us this message:
"Your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:As confirmed with merchant, transaction[protected]...

Dear sir,
I had done two transaction on 28 th august2016 for hotel booking. First transaction of 4010 re failed. At that time i got call from fab hotel, they told your transaction failed. Then i have done one more transaction with 4010 rs again by hotel representative instructions.
Then i have registered complaint against hdfc, but that told money transferred to fab hotel account on 12 sept.
