So I've booked fab hotel on 19th October 2022 and in the Morning when I went to the hotel the hotel staff asked me to cancel my order because of their terms and conditions that the local aadhar dosent valid so they said cancel it the money will be refunded to your bank account.it's been so many days the booking has cancelled but still my money doesn't refunded to my account

    I've booked 2 rooms at Kodaikanal on 26/05/2022 through their website. I've paid 25% (Rs 4042) of total amount of Rs 16166 as required. At the time of check-in the respected hotel Roshan Residency stated that they have no vacant rooms and haven't recieved the confirmation from Fabhotel team. I've reached with my family at 2 am and got stuck there due to their irresponsible behaviour. I tried calling them N number of times where they attended only once and vanished without resolving or giving us a solution. This insisted us to stay inside the car till morning for booking another room.
    I humbly request you to take necessary actions regarding the issue I have raised and help me to get the refund.
    I am attaching the screenshot of confirmation message which I got at the time of booking.

      Fabhotel booked a hotel for a stay of a family comprising of kid and elders. Even after receiving confirmation and payment of token amount, there was no hotel booking available at hotel wen we reached. There was no proper redressal of problem. Extreme inconvenience created because of thier incompetence and fraudulent service.

        We tried to book a room and money got deducted but we didn't get any confirmation mail or message and the booking was not completed. I called them and asked and they told booking is not done and they asked us to call bank for refund. But when submitted complaint in sbi they sent us this message:

        "Your complaint [protected] has been attended to and closed after resolution as:As confirmed with merchant, transaction[protected] has been successful and settled on 26th Sept, 2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant.."

        The transaction id and date is mentioned in this message. Kindly take action so that i get the refund amount of 2291 rs.

          Dear sir,
          I had done two transaction on 28 th august2016 for hotel booking. First transaction of 4010 re failed. At that time i got call from fab hotel, they told your transaction failed. Then i have done one more transaction with 4010 rs again by hotel representative instructions.
          Then i have registered complaint against hdfc, but that told money transferred to fab hotel account on 12 sept.
          Then i called to fab, & they told that they have received it. Then i requested for refund, but till date they have not refunded.

          I had really worst experience..they dint cleaned the room..and the whole bed was full of bed bugs..and they bite me like anything..whole my body was turned to red..fab hotels are becoming worst..so please think thrice before booking any fab hotel

          i also had the same experience. They are looting money using this strategy. i have submitted a complaint regarding the same.

          Dear Fabhotel,

          I wont leave this until this gets resolved. I will go to court and pull down your company with the help of consumer court.
