FabHotels baited us and switched our fully paid reservation in Ayodhya (19NOV2024, 1 Night) from a INR5, 700 hotel 'Venketesh Nilyam' to a homestay 'Siya Behari' worth INR1, 000 on the very day of travel when we were on the airplane without our consent.
Our emails in response to theirs clearly expressed our disapproval and unacceptance. This has severely and negatively impacted our experience and confidence in this franchise. Customer Care has been unable to resolve the issue (refund full/difference etc.) apart from merely writing 'sorry'.
This franchise and the FabHotels brand appears to be very weak and not recommended for any serious travel. Was this information helpful? |
