I made hotel booking on fabhotels through a representative of their company only who promised that I will be provided with a twin bed room and I confirmed with him twice that I want two separate beds in a room and not a mattress placed on floor, when the person reached the hotel they denied for the twin the twin bed availability and provided a mattress on a floor. When I called the customer team regarding it they first asked for the screenshot of my communication with their representative, which I provided to them via mail and after receiving it they were like we will look into the matter and get back to you within 24-48 hrs despite knowing that the booking isn't for that long, I wasted around 1 hour with them but no resolution was provided and and at last I asked them with a simple written mail with clearly mentioned thing that are not able to provide the service that was promised to me by their customer representative and for which I have paid, but now they have provided excuses that it's hard to get twin bed room and thing of that sort I want to ask and the customer helpline is having no option for me to contact an executive over the call, now when I called the experience manager no which I was provided by the company itself, then he was like I cannot help you with this thing and reply to the mail you have received and the tone of his talking was also changed. I;m attaching the date of booking, booking id, and the screenshot the conversation with the executive who made my booking; I want the booking amount to refunded as I was not provided what I was promised and had paid for; and also an remuneration of rupees 20, 000, as because of them my father and sister whom I had the booking for had to suffer a lot.
