Fabhotels — Hotel issues

This is for the booking Id KVYEKK
I booked 2 deluxe rooms in fabexpress Pramila Haridwar and upon reaching the hotel got two rooms that were clearly not deluxe
And were not clean. There was food, cigarettes packets and other things on the floor as well as the bathrooms were dirty. The person on reception asked us to wait for 45 mns so he can get the rooms cleaned. It was 1 o clock at night.
After talking to customer care they moved us to Kartikeya inn which was even worse. The rooms were again not deluxe and the bathrooms were reeking. To top it all there was no parking space as well and had to park in the streets. No toiletries, towel and even drinking water was not provided.

As we had no other option in the middle of the night, we had to stay at the hotel.
We booked one double occupancy and one triple occupancy room as we were a family of 5 but got both double occupancy rooms only and no extra mattress. There was not even space in the room for extra mattress.
We had breakfast included in our booking but the hotel did not have a kitchen or restaurant and in the morning they gave us something in the name of breakfast packed in polythene bags at the name of breakfast without even plates or crockery
