Fabhotels — Not providing facilities as per the order / booking

We have booked a room at Fab Hotels, Kodaikenal from 4th May, 2022 to 7th May, 2022. At the time of booking we were informed that we would be provided breakfast at free of cost. But they failed to provide breakfast on the days of staying for which we have faced much difficulties and for that we have to spend 5000 extra at outside. Further the facilities were not provided up to mark. The room is found without proper facilities such as electricity and others. It was not the room provided for us while booking the room. we felt utmost inconvenient during our stay. Hence I like to ask full refund of my charges paid for my staying.
