Fabhotels — Service was very bad and there customer service was very rude and denied to help regarding the problem.

Recently i booked a hotel in indore fabhotel destiny 74 on 3rd october 2023, there services were very bad no one was taking any resposibiities of issues there was no lock in rooms, no water, AC was not working, no cleanliness etc first we complained to hotel staff they did not respond then we raise an issue to fabhotel customer service they said they will talk to hotel staff but no action was taken and even i said i can provide you the photos they said they dont need it, anyhow we stayed for one night and but there was no water in morning also and again i complained to customer service but they were very careless and was not taking any resposibilities for the problem i faced.
