[Resolved]  FabIndia — refund not given

I returned my online order and had confirmation that it was received over 1 month ago.
After not receiving a refund for many days, i had to complain and vinod has lied to me telling me the money was refunded to my account. After 2 more weeks of waiting the money never came. Then he told me i will have to get an evoucher and over the phone promised it will be issued within 48 hrs. Now it has been 5 days and no evoucher has come, and no reply to my message after 3 days. It is really wasting my time for such a simple matter, very disappointed with customer care from fabindia.
