I have purchased a saree from fabino, an online trader.

They have mentioned silk saree.
It turned out to be polyester and prints instead of zari work.
I have attached the picture shown and the product received.
I asked for return and refund the very next day but they refused saying that it is the same product.
Now they are not replying nor answering my calls.
