I have purchased a saree from fabino, an online trader.

They have mentioned silk saree.
It turned out to be polyester and prints instead of zari work.
I have attached the picture shown and the product received.
I asked for return and refund the very next day but they refused...

I have placed the order for a silk saree which costs nearly 1400 rs. But i have received a different worst saree. My order number is 38164. Worst product. What is seen in online is different from what we received. Product no is sb1286 but i have received fn1286. I paid for soft silk. I believe online purchase makes our work easy but a worst mode of shopping. How could a company be so irresponsible. Kindly exchange as early as possible...
