Dear Sir,
On 22/11/2013 I purchased product Black & Decker Pressure Washer PW2100SPB 140 Bar from FABMART my Order No is 117566. When I purchased the product the site was showing its Price as Rs 21499/- plus a prelaunch discount coupon worth Rs 8000/- so effective price was Rs 13499/- which was paid by me thru Net Banking. I aslo received a mail for order Confirmation and assured delivery in 4 to 5 days. But to my surprise did not receive the product. On inquiring about the delivery status Mr. Varun & Mr. Krishnan from Fabmart said that their is some mistake on our part about discount. so if i am ready to pay the diffrence of Rs 8000/- then only they will deliver the product. I told him that i have fully paid the amount as per the demand of web site FABMART & now they cant ask for more amount. On which he said that they would refund the amount. To this point I argued that they have to deliver the product and cant ask for more money or refund the amount for no fault of mine. During the argument I refered to contact Consumer Council . To my surprise I received a mail within 5 Mins that they have processed my amount for refund and would get it in 7 to 10 days. Again within 5 min I get a sms from Bank showing that my amount was refunded. This happned on 30-11-13. I request you to take up this matter with the company a protect my right as a customer. I am writing to you because they have also mentioned name of MONYECONTROL.COM in featuring part on their site. Because after looking to big name like CNBC MONEYCONTROL on their website customers tend to trust them. If you want i can forward you the email conversation to you. Pls protect my right as customer and also protect other customer from getting cheated. My email Id is [protected]@mail.com
