I ordered two palazzos costing rs.299 each( order no : #45935) from www.fabpanda.com on 22 Feb 2015.the payment was done using card as there was no COD available.However after two days, when i clicked the track order link from the order, all that was shown was ' Payment received'.As i couldn't track the order status i immediately contacted their customer care on the number listed in site: [protected] .The number was not reachable and it still gives a response ' Number does not exist'. I tried some mail addresses, even the parter mail ids mentioned, where some bounced back & there were no response from the other ids.
Later when i tried to track, it shows the order was cancelled on 10 March 2015, however that wasn't initiated by me and neither did i receive the payment back!!
The status is still shown so - cancelled, payment received.
