Fabpanda — i have not recieved the product yet

hello I am Naziya Hameed. I have ordered several items from the fabpanda site. My order number is 34407 and the delivery dispatch date was 22.1.15. I don't receive any mail or sms regarding delivery of the product or nothing. And I have paid for it already. I want my money back sir. Pls kindly do the needful
