Fabpanda — No Status on the Prepaid Order

I had placed an order on 28.5.2015 with Fabpanda and my order ID is 48052. Amount for this order has been paid through Net banking. Despite of multiple mails to Customer Care and Support no response from Fabpanda on this order yet. This is poor service from FabPanda and this has wasted lot of time to run behind these people. I am highly disappointed. Regards, Poornima
