Hi, This is the worst nightmare I have ever experienced in my online shopping so far. I have ordered Men's leather jacket in the mid of January'15 and paid an amount of 4, 999 /- by credit card. My order was not received and they don't even care to inform hence I called and requested to cancel to get the refund and my realized that my problems just got started.
Its been month now and I have made every attempt of getting my money back, I have used all the unparlimentary language that I could to express my frustration but none of the emails are replied. I have tried to call their stupid customer care no. [protected] which is utter useless.
My doubt turned into fact when I realized their phone is not even working now, they are big fraudsters and my money seems to have gone in their.
Please please don't buy any product from this site and i wish they are arrested and put into jail under 420 charges.
