Fabpanda — Product not received nor cancelled

I ordered two products from fabpanda on 20th Jan 2015 through credit card and got a intimation mail that will receive my product in 10 days. But till now i haven't received my product. When i am trying contact customer care on toll free, it is going to some recording device and no one is available on the other end to answer. I tried to contact through a voice mail but not receiving any reply from anyone. I have contacted on these email ids: [protected]@fabpanda.com, [protected]@fabpanda.com, [protected]@fabpanda.com But not received a single reply. They are not even cancelling the request and refunding the paid amount. Please help.
