Facebook Market Place — Scam products

There was a moblie(vivo v20)for sale from sanjay singh we wished to book it and we called him he said that he was a person from army provided his I'd proof in whatsapp and made a video call to verify then he said us to send 1000 as delivery charge by part(500&500)for billing for 1st 500 he sent the bill and again asked to send 500 for shipping and today (29/05/2021) morning the delivery boy named Praveen Kumar called us and said us to send 5300as it is insurance amount so that we can procide the parcel to deliver and he was from the delivery office (overnite express limited) we called sanjay singh and took him to conference with delivery boy and the delivery boy said it is mandatory so we paid the whole amount of ₹5300 and he said we should pay him in part and u have done in wrong way i.e, 3999 & 1299 and he said it was our mistake so that as soon as we send the amount in part he will deliver the product with refunding the amount we paid extra and again after sending the amount sanjay singh called us and said us to talk with his higher officer and the higher officer said "as the parcel had got hold we should we should send him ₹9800 to get unhold the parcel" we said we need to cancel a the product so the higher officer said that the product will b cancelled and the amount won't b refunded again in the fear of loosing both the parcel and money we paid him the amount of ₹9800 again he called us and said we have made a wrong payment i.e, we have to send him by part (9000+800) as soon as we send it in part he will send the product and extra amount we have paid and we recognise it was a scam and we said him to refund the amount or else we are going to complaint the police he said ok I'll send you by 8pm again he stopped picking the call we called cyber crime help line he said us to talk to the cyber crime department without giving any idea of it now he has switched off his number the delivery boy number has been forwarded please check out our complaint and give justice.
