The website handler is sarthak sharma.. His contact no is 91-[protected] [this no. Is still active but doesnt respond) their instagram id is factoryoutlet. Biz, i ordered 6 items of rupees 664 on september 12, 2019, i made payment on same day through paytm and still now i did not received my product,. I texted them through whatsapp, no response from and they didnot attending my call and i messaged through instagram.. They respond, they said ur product will be delivered in few days.. But they didn’t dispatched still now, i asking tracking id and requested lot to send my order or atleast refund my amount but no response from them, they cheated me and they are not ready to refund my amount... Please take action on this complaint as soon as possible.. Its a fraud online account.. Making easy money through fraud.. N using social page to mke easy money.. As they think no legalized action can be taken for online thieves...
