Fair Cash — they cheating people..

I needed a personal loan. I got a call from fair cash and told me to make the payment of 1500 and your loan amount will be refunded in 4 days.in case loan is jot approved then your money 1500 will be refunded. These people took 1500 from me and did not respond after getting the money. I am trying to call them on whats app but they are cutting my phone. They are actually frauds. My money will not do anything good for them. Its a hard earned money for everyone. This is not right cheating with people. Kindly do something of these fraud people so that they dont do the same with others also...
