Faircash.in — applied for loan then asked to send 1500

I applied for loan and they asked me to sent 1500 processing fee i sent amount 1500 for loan processing but they didn't respond to my call they didn't pick my call. I called them more than 100 times but they didn't pick my call. I called to their customer care number but it is always busy. So please provide me loan amount or otherwise refund my 1500 amount...
