I applied for a loan and got a call from the faircash agents explaining the loan procedure and stuff.. After i paid processing fee rs1500 not a single call is being received by them.. Faircash is fake. And the money which they said is refundable is not being refunded yet and its been more than 10 days since i receive the parcel. Agent mr. Kunal communicate with me from company side. Company is fraud.

I have applied my loan on 17th October 2018 and i have recieved a call on that day and told me that their agent will visit me today, 18th October 2018 but no call and even no show up at all. I have called them they didnt want to pick up any calls and i tried them so many times they didnt even want to answer nor switchoff the phone. So, im really worried and i dont want to lost my money to such person. Please help me to get back my money

I would like to bring a fraud did my faircash with me. My name is sajitha banu. I am a resident of ramanathapuram (Tamil nadu). I applied for a personal loan in www.faircash.in. they told me that they verifying my address in pancard number aadhar number and he said you are a eligible for loan for that i have to pay 1500 rupees. After my address verification, they will start processing my application. So i received a link and also paid 1500 rupees in online in using debit card i have a order confirmation number. Now, they are not picking my call or not doing any call or mail to me the mobile was switched off iam a middle class this amount was very precious (Employee name md. Javeed, [protected]) (This number is also a what's app) kindly take an appropriate this company and help me to get back my amount.

I m vikash shrivastava one day I get a call from the representative of fair cash and she tell me that our company ₹1500 as a processing fee she send me a link & I pay ₹1500 via net banking the after her no. switched off for that very day and costumer care representative told me that on 15 Oct u get ur amount but now a day no one rply me and costumer executive not attending my call

So if you want to take a personal loan send your documents via wats up no [protected] you have to pay a processing loan of rupees 1500 and i have paid it via there web gateway and id is 0409mam4235 at my transation id via netbanking. Company executive speak your loan amount credit after 24-48 hours but i am waiting for 40 days. Not credit loan amount. Know the lady named nishita is refusing my call. Their customer care service no. Also not responding nor they replied emails.

So if you want to take a personal loan send your documents via wats up no [protected] you have to pay a processing loan of rupees 1500 and i have paid it via there web gateway and id is 2009mam1701 at 01:52 pm my transation id via debit card is[protected]. Company executive speak your loan amount credit after 24-48 hours but i am waiting for 9 days. Not credit loan amount. Know the lady named palak is refusing my call. Their customer care service no. Also not responding nor they replied emails.

Hi I am AVIJIT MANNA applied for personal loan of Rs. 3 LAKHS on dated 11/09/18 .I have ring them so many times that had told me over phone that our representative will contact you on 29/09/18 and take every documents but till date neither they came to meet me today. I would like to bring a fraud did my faircash with me. My name is shashi swami. I am a resident of palam (Maharashtra 431720). I applied for a personal loan in www.faircash.in. they told me that they will first send me a parcel which is for verifying my address and for that i have to pay 1500 rupees. After my address verification, they will start processing my application. So i received that parcel and also paid 1500 rupees. Now, they are not picking my call or not doing any call or mail to me. They took 1500rs but they don't doing the process of loan. I think this company is fraud. They don't pick the calls. Plz refund my payement if you don't refund my payment. I have take the legal action of him.

Namasar sir/madam. I applied for loan and they asked me to sent 1500 processing fee i sent amount 1500 for loan processing but they didn't respond to my call they didn't pick my call. I called them more than 100 times but they didn't pick my call. I called to their customer care number but it is always busy. So please provide me loan amount or otherwise refund my 1500 amount. They Have Took The Money From Me As Processing Fee & Are Intentionally Avoiding Me.

During The Filling Up Of The Form The Girl Said I'm Guiding You In Filling Up The Loan Application, You Just Open The Site "Faircash.in" & Fill The Form. In The Registration Process There Comes A Point When U Have To Pay For The Processing Fee. I Thought Its Not That Much Risky If I'll Pay Through The Website. But The Process Couldn't Be Completed As Most Of The Times OTP Never Comes. The The Madam From The Phone No "[protected]" Asked If I'm Comfortable In Sharing My Net Banking Id & Pass Word With Her & She Will Pay The amount From Their System. I thought That Was Not a Good Idea. Then She Told She Can Pay Through My Debit Card. I Just Thought Some One Will Not Cheat For Such A Small Amount. I Transfered Just Rs 1500 To An Uused Account. I Thought If She Will Try To Deduct More Amount She Can Never Do & Will Be Caught & If She Is Genuine Then She Will Opt For Only Rs1500. She On Behalf Of The Compant Asked Me The OTP to Pay 1500. I Thought It Was Genuine. After The Process Completed She Told Me That She Will Send Me The Transaction id After The Conversation Ends & Some One On Behalf Of Them From My Locality Will Come To verify The Documents Regarding The Loan At 5PM & Its Sure That I can Get The Loan Of 3 Lakhs. 8 days Have Gone. 5 Pm Never Comes. Every Day She Tells Sir Sory for The Delay, Our Representative Will Visit U By 5PM Today, Today your Meeting Is Final. Im Listening This From 8 days. I Never Ill-Behaved any One From Their Office. I Just Have Been Asking The Transaction id Which She Never Sent. Everybody Tells It Will Be Sed To U Today & That Tody Too Never Comes. Now The Madam At ([protected]) Has Put My o In Block List... Bloody Sweet Cheater. Perhaps The Site Is Too Designed In Such A Way To Cheat People, Otherwise How Can She see My Data Uploaded In The Faircash Website.

Dear all, i have applied through faircash.in website for personal loan by 04/04/2018 and then i received a call from one of their representative from the number [protected] dated on 05/04/2017. She told me to pay 1, 500 rs through faircash.in website and their field representative contact me within 24 hours. I paid 1, 500 rs dated on 05/04/2018 and no one call me till now. I call and message the above mentioned number many times and no answer from the lady. Some times she answer and ask my details and immediately cut the call. I mail to their company mail [protected]@faircash.in two times also no reply from them. Honorable consumer compliant, kindly take action immediately and please revert my money 1500 rs back to me from them. Also please block this type of fraud website.

Actually, i am applied for loan and they give me a 1499/- as a loan processing fee.
Firstly their executive give a full guarantee. And i have a voice recording with their representative. But they don't provide me any loan. Fully fake company totally fraud.

Faircash executives kapil, meena, abhay, and many others constantly confirmed that they will work out a loan for me. I was asked to pay 1500 rupees and received a broken useless watch. Its been two months. They told me that my loan was rejected and that refund was initiated. Its been two months and now they are picking the calls too. I tried calling from a new number and they pick the call immediately but give same excuse that refund will happen in a week. I need my refund and was hoping to get the loan too. But i will find other sources instead of trusting such frauds. I hope this message makes them realize that they need to stop duping customers seeking financial help.

Had applied for person loan on the web site http://faircash.in/ where in it was mentioned that once the verification is done and they receive rs.1500 processing fee. And tak me if the loan not get this fee was refundthe loan would be credited in 10 working days. Details mentioned here (http://faircash.in/terms. Htm l) however i came to know that this is a scam company.in addition, in the letter they sent it says the loan is not guaranteed. It depends on the lenders.
