Fake Calls — fake calls & msg

I'm receiving msg & calls that u win online draw tata safari worth rs1280000 for registration pay rs 8500 this is 4th time, hw customers details they get, they say wht we order, our phone no even our address too pls take some initiave to solve this problem.
Yesterday from google i got this phone no as customers complaint for lucky draw [protected], evening from this phone they called me asking for bank transaction & debit card front & back photo send to this no pls take some action, this is really some serious issue.
