Due to ATM and liquid cash problem in the whole country I was not able to arrange liquid cash. I informed them about that. In initial stage they told me to arrange, they will wait for the cash arrangement.
After 4 to 5 days I was able to arrange liquid cash and requested them to collect it from my office address as I was not able to go to their office location. The distance between their office and our office is barely 15 mins. The executive in call assured me they will send a executive to collect the cash but it been more than 7 days they didn't send any personnel to collect the money. It's been more than one week and end of the month too I am waiting with the cash.
One female executive named Nusrat Parbeen called me up one day and started shouting on me on the office floor that they can't send any executive to collect the money. She not only made a worst behaviour with me but also started threatening me to do what I can do. Such behaviour is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I was really unable to go to their office.
