I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally address an issue regarding the non-issuance of the No Objection Certificate (NOC) for my Honda Activa [OD05J6725], which I financed through your esteemed company.

I purchased the vehicle on 11.08.2014 and have diligently paid all installments and dues in full, as per the agreement. The last installment payment date was 05.11.2015.

Despite fulfilling all my obligations, I have yet to receive the NOC. I have made several attempts to reach out to your customer service department, but have not received a response or the required documentation. This delay is causing me significant inconvenience, as I need the NOC for transferring ownership of the vehicle.
