Family Credit — Cheated me charging twice for this month emi payment

This month January 07 2016 they have collected the emi amount from my bank account and again they have send me the sms to pay the emi amount at ur nearest collection centre. by thinking that bcoz of some technical issue they have naot collected my emi amount and i pay that amount including cheque bounce charges on 15 th jan 2016.after that i have take taken bank statement copy. very surprisingly they have deducted that amount from my account as well as from collection center.when i went for the clarification they said that they will adjust this amount in next month, they have cheated me.no proper response from the family credit team( L & T Finance). plz do consider my request and take action with this cheating finance companies.
