Family Credit — Loan Paid off but showing write-off

Loan Account No. 167964
Agreement Date - 22/07/2008
Amount - Rs. 60000

I have made payment for this and still showing written - off in cybil.

As you know, Familycreit has stopped operations in India
and they cannot be contacted by any means.

pls help to clear this.
