Family Credit — Misbehaving on asking about balance enquiry

On dated[protected] I received a phone call from Family credit finace office Pathankot, Punjab. about my aotu loan' Due Installment. He didn't listen ma aboit my problem he started abusing me, etc.etc. when I ask his name he said why area u asking about my who r u ? Sir I am doing my installments regularly from last 12 months there are only 6 installment left behind.
