Family Credit — NOC for two wheeler loan is not yet given

Please be informed that I have taken the two wheeler loan in the year 2015 and the total loan amount has been paid. I have called the customer care and there is no response and I am searching everywhere to get the NOC of for my vehicle to be on my name.
