Updated by Pradeepmp13 Please provide the NOC as soon as possible as the loan was cleared, I need to transfer the vehicle.
I am unable to transfer as I have not received the NOC for Vespa KA01HB3855,
I am unable to reach anyone with the contact numbers available online.
