Family Credit — noc required to claim insurance

I took a two-wheeler loan in 2011 from family credit. But i can't remember the loan account number.in 2018 my two-wheeler got an accident, now insurance company they are asking for noc from family credit. Please help me to get noc and statement to claim. I am in a very bad situation for this.

Its been more than 1yera now My activa’s loan has been cleared but still NOC is not received nobody
