Family Credit — Not issuing noc

Sir i purchased a car from my friend but he took a car loan from family credit ltd. Now we require a NOC even loan EMI’s were done at time even that we are unable to contact the FAMILY CREDIT and i got so two or three contact numbers from internet but al that are invalid so please help me we are in trouble we need NOC
