From that time to till, i am not getting a proper status of my booking as given by you and where is my scanned documents and other KYC?
I tried on calls many times but your representatives giving me only excuses and i really doubt about my payment and all details which is regarded to my honey moon package( dated 25/04/2016 to 30/04/2016).
Give me solutions and other confirmation without any delay.

Dear All,
As per below trail mail, i could not receive any response from your side.
As called and many trials made by me, your representative (Mr. Ankit)
has booked my flight tickets(only for 7 kgs luggage) on 21/03/2016,
and refusing to book my further package inclusions offered by you.
Why should i book flight tickets by you? if i am not getting my hotels
and sightseeing is not providing by you.
I humble request to you again that please book my hotels and private
car for sight seeing offered by you in package(attaching for your
reference).
Give me solution for further process otherwise i need to take some
action in this regard, because of i already wasted most of my time on
yours.

Dear All,
Today as discussed with Mr. pratik Jain, he is refusing to give our package as committed by you at the time of payment taken and giving some silly excuses to us that sir you need to think before done payment for this package in this amount.
If Customer will think about your package then how will you people run your business?
From last 10 days, I simply need from you Either book my package as committed by you or refund my booking amount with interest and mentally disturbed by you, otherwise i need to take some legal action in this regard to take my this claim, if you are not taking this matter seriously.
I am waiting about your positive response.

Dear All,
Name of Company:-Fantasy Travels
Address: H-127, Pocket A3,
T/F Mayur vihar Phase-III,
New Delhi.
As called and many trials made by me, your representative
(Mr. Ankit)has booked my flight tickets from third party through Spice
Jet(only for 7 kgs luggage) on 21/03/2016 is having cost Rs.9020(for
round trip) instead of 15 Kgs and saying that this cost is only for
your Rs.10000/- taken for only flights, refusing to book my further
package inclusions offered by you and saying we are not capable to
book your hotels and services offered by us.
**Customer will never think about your useless service excuses to
cancel your package at your level
**Why should i book flight tickets by you? if i am not getting my hotels
