Fareportal — Non authorized $ 19.10 charge

My name is Humberto Pozo. On March 30 I bought a ticket Lima-Orlando-Lima from Cheapoair, booking # 70847122. The same day, by 9:31 pm, a charge of $19.10 is applied to my debit card. I didn't authorize this charge, nor I was told about it. Please, refund my account accordingly.
