I started working in late 2019 but then after a long training period.Pandemic happened unfortunately but even during the hard times instead of supporting.they fired me and so many others overnight without any prior notice.i was not happy that day but now i am glad that i am no longer working in this organisation they say it, s a corporate environment Blah! Blah!
I spent almost 7 months working with them it is still a nightmare for me honestly speaking there management sucks i mean the ER is not employee relations here but you can say it is MR(management relations) they will not listen to you no matter you are sick you lost somebody in your family they just don, t care they will humiliate you everyday by -
you have to work for 6 or 7 days in a week without your consent
You have to extend your shift for 12 hours or maybe longer if you, r still alive
Most important the management
Specially TL, s they are not team leaders instead i think they are trained to make you see hell on earth by putting hell lot pressure on you and being so inhuman.they will not understand whether you fell sick you are in a stage where you cant even speak but still they will force you to come and take calls or else he will threaten you that he is going to issue Warning letter i have seen them making employees life miserable and nobody cares I repeat nobody no ER will listen to you no manager no one you will curse yourself everyday.that how come you got so unlicky that god brought you in fareportal.I have not seen anyone no friends no colleagues happily working in FAREPORTAL

I have been hearing from upper level that i will be getting device to work from home in corona virus situation but suddenly today i receive termination letter. I am the only one earning in my family. Now who willlook after my family? Am i going to get compensation on that? 3 months salary together? No one is answering me. I need answers before i raise complain to dm of haryana and go for legal proceeding

As i have worked with other organisation, but fare portal is a politics driven organisation the new managemant in fare portal for the process cheapoair. Ca is showing a merciless approch towards their employees, agents are asked to get their fitness certificate if they are sick and had taken leaves and to join back or else the manager says that the employee would have to discontinue. From his or her job. The so called employee relations is not less then a mediator and popets who obeys the management and has no favour for the employee. Management of the cheapoair. Ca process is acting nothing less the a butcher...

Basically these 3 are using the power of company even some managements are not aware about what they are doing..

I purchased a ticket from you all and you never paid the airlines. When I got to Istanbul I was stranded and had to pay extra to get on a flight. Although I should have been reimbursed all of my money (I think because I am young black female customer I have been treated horribly). I had a nervous breakdown in a Turkish airport for seven hours not knowing how I was to get home. After all this Escalations team leader Tracy Dillard Hennix offered me a $200 flight credit and $218 to go toward my food and hotel accommodations I had to pay for that night. It took months and months for this to happen. I was issued a travel credit but after several emails going back and forth between Tracy and I were I tell her specifically I wanted my funs to be put on my card which was the original card I purchased the original reservation with. I signed a contract with Tracy and Cheapoair to this effect. Despite all the emails stating which account to put the money in, the money was released to the wrong person, and Tracy Dillard Hennix has refused to help me any further citing I should contact Fareportal legal team. Is this normal practice for you to take money and not actually pay for flights and this leave passengers stranded with no other recourse than to pay additional money to the company? This seems like fraud and extortion. @cheapoair. Please help. This needs to be resolved. Fareportal and Cheapoair are supposed to be reputable companies, and I have been taken advantage of, and cheapoair breached and our agreement. Booking #36982844

Company cheats its customers also plays game with employees as on paper give working five days a week and 9 hours a day but the management wants to make you work for 12 hours regularly without any extra pay and also force you to work for 6-7 days every week where as as per govt rules no company can make employee work for more than 45 hours a week and if extra hour than 45 then each hour company needs to pay double but this company only makes you to work and dont even know to thank their employees.

Big cheater company

Okay, i dont say fareportal was a bad place to work. but a bad as machine to work at. If you want those extra $ in your target, make sure you extend, if you want extra INR, make sure you extend like i did. In the month of July, i vaguely remember some 8.3(avg) hours on system daily*6 days a week for the whole month the same routine.August fell sick, got operated, provided documents, work was back at pace again. September was all i could give, with revenue and my incentive over 40, 000 i started october knowing i will have exams which was informed to superiors, only time i feel my fault present, i was not able to send a formal e-mail to any of them except one informal e-mail form my work e-mail saying i need leaves on specific dates and a day before of them and mentioned the dates of each exam. rejected or not, i had to give exams for which i took my leaves. when i am thinking why i dont get cab call anymore i called and was told to come to office as being absconded, now picture this. you treat your team as family and office as a preaching place. you work more than diligently with all best skills put in good and fair use. you expect a payment, maybe you urgently need that one, and you get the hat of a beggar. worse is, i was told that if i ask for a full and final i would be in loss as, i might have to pay the company for not serving my notice period.

Hi, I am using HDFC debit and credit card for 3-4 years and unable to remember when I used my card last time because you guys are doing robbery genuinely. My credit card limit is 38, 000 but I have paid more than 2 lakh by using my card at once. For 01/01/2015 salary, you guys put my salary of 22, 000 on hold and deducted all the amount, me and my family have survived like hell in the complete month of salary as I am the single earning person in my family. I work for Cheapoair and know each and every legal terms and policies so please unhold my 15, 120 amount ASAP and inform me the settlement amount with appropriate discount as I have already paid more than 2 Lakhs rupees by using my card at once. My complete family is surviving just because of you guys. I was unable to pay the Doctor's fee as you guys put 15, 120.00 amount on hold, and what about my Mother's treatment. Feeling shame to have an account with your guys as you guys are doing Robbery through Collection people. Hi, My name is vishal yadav i am from Haridwar. I have joined Fareportal IND PVT LTD company in gurgaon in July 2012. I was working as Sr. Executieve as promised by company i was getting all facility. But in December 2012 i was ill and as per my reports i was suffering from Tuberculosis. I started treatment from Max Hospital Gurgaon and i was continue working with company. Company was aware about my medical problem. But in November again i got some health problem after medical reports i still suffering from Tuberculosis. Doctor & My family said you dont have to do your job now. I said same think to company but company said you have to serve notice period then only you will get your last 2 month Incentive. I said to HR team that TB is a communicable diseases and as per doctor i should not live with a group of people if i will work continue then anyone near me can be effected with TB. But HR team was saying this is company policy if you will resign on imideate basis then you will not get your incentive. And now me and my family is in big financial problem. Sir i do understand i resigned on imideate basis but because of medical reason not as per my choice so do you think still i can get my incentieve. It is more then INR 70000/-

My name is Kapil Gupta and i was working with fareportal in the year 2007 and left them in that year itself, then the company submitted my PF claim form with the Gurgaon PF office on 12th May 2008, however till date i have not received the PF money in my account, Looking forward to some assistance in this matter.
