I have placed order for "Elica Gas Stove Burner 95 Medium Size" from Faritha.com on 18.09.2024 and i have received the item. When i tried to reach the customer care, they said it will be shipped and i will have the item by 28.09.2024. I tried to follow up several times and every time they say that the person was having difficulties in her personal life( Hospitalization etc) and could not follow up on my order.
The lady once said the item will be delivered to my address by the courier directly from vendor and later after a week she said it has reached their company. It is better to cancel the order as it will take even more time for me to get the item and suggested me to cancel the order.
On 16.10.2024 the order got cancelled from customer care agent and said with in 4 or 5 days i will get the refund. I didn't get the refund until now.
The customer care agent doesnt recieve my call nor respond to whatsapp message. Was this information helpful? |
