I have placed order for "Elica Gas Stove Burner 95 Medium Size" from Faritha.com on 18.09.2024 and i have received the item. When i tried to reach the customer care, they said it will be shipped and i will have the item by 28.09.2024. I tried to follow up several times and every time they say that the person was having difficulties in her personal life( Hospitalization etc) and could not follow up on my order.

The lady once...

I ordered a LG washing machine PCB and the order number is 28931 on 2/10/2024 for the Rupees 2960 paid through phone pay. The matirial not delivered till date....

Fraudsters did not supply Product nor refund

I have ordered for Mitashi TV remote control about a week back Not yet delivered.
On WhatsApp no one is responding.

I have purchased one tcl led motherboard worth rupee 2550 on 05 may 2024. As it was on one month warranty period.

After payment when i suddenly reviewed the website and came to know that they are not trusted and many others had already made complaint against them.

So I tried to call customer care but no one picked the call. I regularly called 2 3 days then one lady picked my call and said she is on holiday today . Please call me on next day when I will be on my office. At that time I want to know the status of my order.

I also mailed them to cancel my order before shipping but they haven't acknowledged it. Only after shipping my order they mailed me we are unable to cancel your order.

Now when received my order and checked, the motherboard was not working they sent me corrupt motherboard whose IC is already dead.
I even called the customer care again she transfer my call to another person named kartik. He is not responding me a good manner .

Please assist me on this. I want my money refund back.

VU TV remote -Order number: 25926. Payment for the order done on 21st Jan with so sight of when order will be shipped. The order tracker still shows that the order is yet to be shipped. I am tired of waiting. No response forthcoming from Faritha’s customer support on email and chat. Very poor customer experience. Never going to order anything from Faritha again.

I paid 1800 plus rupees for VU TV remote on Faritha.com on 21st Jan. Order number: 25926. It’s been more than 10 days since I haven’t received my order yet. There is no response from Faritha on when it will be delivered. There site only tells me that they will inform me once my order is shipped. It shows that the prefer is yet to be shipped. I have tried emailing and sending them message on whatsapp but there is no response. I am tired of waiting for the remote. This is my last time I have ordered anything from this site.Completely useless customer service.

My Name is Imran Ahamed & My mobile no : [protected], I placed an order in Faritha.com for an LG washing machine PC Board (Order No. 24817) on October 30, 2023, and promptly paid Rs-1860 on the same day. Unfortunately, it's been over 22 days with no updates or responses from Faritha Team side On 21st Nov then I kindly request the immediate cancellation of my order and the refund of the amount paid.Until now i didn`t receive the refund amount.

I have paid Rs.689 online on 14.11.23 through the website Faritha.com for purchase of 2 nos of Speakers for Micromax LED TV (6 ohms 12 watt each) but till today I have not received the order confirmation or delivery schedule of my order item.

Dear Team, I got the product but that was of diff dimension it was not what was mention on website. On website we have below (https://www.faritha.com/products/tv-speakers-2?_pos=3&_sid=921d07dd4&_ss=r) - 2 Nos TV Speaker. Dimension : 70 mm x 12 mm x 15 mm 6 Ohms 10 Watts But actuals product delivered to me was below - Dimension : 70 mm x 17 mm x 12 mm (L x B x H) As that is of no use as the height and width are diff as mentioned. You can check the code at the images on website and the code in photo I share with measurement as they are saying I am sending them wrong photo of product and blaming me for the same. Appreciate to resolve this case either by proving the refund or by the exact the same product.' Thanks

I placed an order from Faritha.com for 24 inch LED /LCD TV Combo Board suitable for all Brand TV with Remote VS.TP53U.52.2 on 23 July 2022 amounting Rs. 1099/-. I haven't receive the item till today. i.e. 5 September 2022 and not receive any refund from them.

Do Not Ever order from this website. It's a total scam
I ordered a remote on 13th August & it's 2nd September still the remote hasn't delivered yet
They ask you to pay online as COD is not avaialble (obviously) & after that when you track or put your order ID nothing shows on the website
I even called the customer care & the lady said that your order has been delivered. I mean the audacity & when i asked okay send me the tracking details she had no answer
It's a request that please DO NOT EVER ORDER from here

I have ordered dry fish through the online shopping portal Faritha.Com on 01 July 2021 and I have paid Rs.450/- The shopping portal sent me mails confirming my order and shipping details. Material was sent through Xpressbees courier service and I was provided with a tracking number. The parcel was meant to be delivered on 05 July 2021. Though the tracking status showed that the parcel has received its destination it was never delivered to me. I didn't got any call from the courier service. When I tried to call the customer care of Xpressbees, I was diverted to different numbers, but never got a customer care executive on line. When I tried to call Faritha.com over phone, it went unattended. When I mailed them my grievance, I got a reply that they will take up the issue with the courier service. That was the only reply I have got from them. Since then all my mails have gone in vain without getting any response from the concerned. Now the tracking status of my parcel is showing as "Closed" on Xpressbees site. I haven't received any refund.
