Fashion Clues — Money transfer via paytm

Day before yesterday i recieved a call from [protected], ghaziabad. They told me that i was selected for assured gift. In order to claim the gift i have to shop for 3000 and above in familyshopping.in, i asked that i needed proof. So they sent a mail from [protected]@fashionclues.in, moreover they cited the product which i shopped on paytm and my mail id. I thought they were legit. Then they asked me to choose product worth 3000. I chose two products of my liking worth 3800. Then they asked to transfer money to the mobile numbers they stated via paytm. I did as they insisted that transfer should be completed by 5pm. Later i got no confirmation mail. Upon asking, they said it takes 2-3 hours. I called after that. Nobody responds. Now i understand i became a victim. I don't know what to say to my parents. I complained to paytm people. They said that the transaction was successful. Thats it. Today i got another call from fashionclues. They told me that i won 3 lakhs. I patiently listened to them as a recorded the whole conversation along with screen capture. They asked me account details. I told them that i know some people in cybercrime dept. They told they will call later. No call again.
