I bought a party wear gown suit from them on 09/2/2024 which i received on 11/2/24. The quality shown and described was totally different from the product i got.
As per their terms and agreements of return policy there was 15 days time limit.
Due to quality issue i requested to return the product and refund back my 2150/-.
But due to demand of refund they blocked me and not giving my money back.
I request to kindly give my refund & take suit.

Same thing happened with me...I ordered heavy embroidery saree with moti work from there insta page Saniya_clothing_store.. They promised me to give as per description but received product is just simple net saree... Then I asked them about this all... And asked for return they told me that they have initiated return process... I asked them for return request details.. They literally blocked me from Instagram.. I tried to call on there contact number ..they blocked my calls too.. please kindly help me to get my money back. 2150 rs and take your 2 take ki saree..
