We purchased a suit for 2150/- through their insta page most_desirable_dresses and found the same to be of an inferior quality and not upto our satisfaction. We made a request for return immediately and were informed by one Mr Rahul (mob no +[protected] that it will be picked up after 15 days. But even after one month now nothing is done. He is making false promises of today/ tomorrow.
It is a fake company and we are trying for contemplating legal action for refund of our money.

This is a fraud business. They sell their clothes on instagram with fake details and info. They send worst quality clothes and when you want to return, they don`t reply or pick up your call. All their contacts are fake or not working. They even blocked me on instagram. This whole business is a scam. They said there would be a 15 days return policy but I have been calling and texting for 2 days and they are ignoring my calls. They have scammed me of money. Please do the needful.

We have placed order number[protected] on 2nd March 2024 for valvet salwar suit but they have dispatched wiping cloths. They are totally fraud and 420 lady.

She is not picking our calls and she has blocked us now. Police must take action against them and take them in custody immediately.

Police must arrest her the fashion lady Surat urgently....

I have bought a lehenga but that was very low quality nd old poor quality material I hate the product while I'm talking about refund they are not seening my msg...

I bought a party wear gown suit from them on 09/2/2024 which i received on 11/2/24. The quality shown and described was totally different from the product i got.
As per their terms and agreements of return policy there was 15 days time limit.
Due to quality issue i requested to return the product and refund back my 2150/-.
But due to demand of refund they blocked me and not giving my money back.

Have ordered lhenga after inquiring them they said it will same and if there is issue they will return and give a refund but after I received product it very low quality and not same and I call for a return they said 15 days policy but it being more than 15 days no one came yet and they are making me fool that delivery boy will come at 7 kl aayega Aaj pakka hojayeha 8 bje aajyega like these words they saying and one came here to pickup and request refund me want refund back please take this on high priority it's price rs2650.

They r selling fake products and not returning after long call MSG saying I will pickup saying Aaj hoajyeha kl hojayeha 7 bje tk hoajyega but it's more than 20 day no one came yet I want my refund they r genuine seller they are making fool to customer

Please take action against this fraudulent business on Instagram, they are running their business with the name desi_glam_store. They advertise designer good clothes on their page, but deliver very cheap quality products, refuse refunds, and consistently engage in scams. Numerous complaints have been filed against them. Your intervention is requested to address this issue promptly. And also, if you can help getting the amount I have paid for the useless cloth.

They are running fraud business on Instagram.. They are showing another product and delivering wrong product. They are not refunding money. They making money while doing scams only.. many people raised a complaint against them… please do the needful

I ordered a saree from them and paid Rs.1845.but received a totally different pattern saree from them...and now they don't answer my messages for either return or exchange.. continuously ignoring me..They have mentioned on their IG page of 15 days return and exchange but don't answer your calls and messages once they received their payment.

Hi... I ordered a lehenga from fashion lady through a website shanu clothesvilla... while ordering they said its fully stitched and 15 days return policy... and i received unstitched and no lining for blouse and lehenga.. when I requested them for return n refund they blocked me...

As am seeing most of the complaints are on fashion lady... so please requesting to consider it and take a action on them asap...

I ordered a dress from glamour stores page in Instagram.., which happens to have good reviews ( i guess all reviews are fake and paid ). This dress was delievered within 3 days via blue dart courier service, they have not shared their website details or any other information in internet. The dress i received came out to be a total different product, and qualiy is as poor as it can be.. i requested a refund .. but they are not responding, this is a pure case of forgery and fraud .. looting the customer. We know the address from where it was ordered and we have filed the complaint too.. please i need a proper action against this shop and the handler. Please act asap...
