Fashion Razor — Order placed and paid but not received

I placed an order on Fashion Razor on July 26, 2024 for "Arsenal baby rompers-FashionRazor) order No:13325" and immediately received a confirmation on email after I made the payment of Rs. 569.

However, since then, there has been no update regarding the shipment. The tracking page is exactly how it was after placing the order with no updates. I realised this is not the first time happening. Tried to contact them in many ways but no response. Kindly do the needful
