They never delievered an order I placed, a single romper. There are no updates, no replies to any mails, no way to contact them. This is just a front, there are no actual products. The review images are also fake, I just got duped

I ordered a specs costing 1709 rs on 24 jan 2025, I made payment while placing order. But even after almost one month, I have not received my order. Tracking page is just a fake . And it's customer care number doesn't exist. Hence proven that they are just a scammer and fraud.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against FashionRazor.com for failing to deliver my order and not responding to my inquiries.

Payment: Partial amount paid online, with the remaining amount to be paid on delivery.
Issue: Despite multiple follow-ups via email, I have received no updates regarding my order’s status. The company has neither responded to my emails nor provided any tracking details.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver the product amounts to a breach of trust and unfair trade practice. I request immediate action against FashionRazor.com and seek either prompt delivery of my order or a full refund of the amount paid.

I urge the concerned authorities to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to prevent such fraudulent practices.

Yesterday day I received my order from Fashion Razor but the quality of the order is worst. So I decided to return my order. Then soon I mail to Fashion Razor for return my order but they were not responding.

No update regarding my sunglasses it’s been almost a weak I have ordered got the order no but no updates regarding tracking no or shipping details .am little worried about this doubting my inner instincts did I made the right decision to gave them this job

The company does not even have a customer care number but only an email to which I sent a complaint as well a few days ago. But as expected, no response has been generated.

It seems Fashion Razor is a serial defaulter as I saw another person writing on this portal with the same issue. However, his matter was ultimately resolved post his filing a complaint here and I sincerely hope the issue is addressed this time as well.

I ordered a pair of Chelsea Boots from Fashion Razor on 4th of January 2022. On not receiving any further updates from their end, I contacted them and then they responded through mail by saying that, "they will put my order number 8755 on high priority" on the 11th of January 2022.

After that, I still didn't receive any updates from there side regarding my order and it has been 13 days. After my 5 failed attempts to contact them, they refuse to respond...

Filing complaint against them

This is regarding my order on Fashion Razor website, I have ordered Round Reading Glasses Titanium Spectacles on 1st of September. I prepaid for this order and completed my payment while placing my order. I received a confirmation of my order and no updates on the shipment. My order number 7963. Their shipment policy says order should be shipped within 3-5 days and I have not received any update about my order, nor the shipment details.
I have sent an email several times requesting for an update but no one seems to be responding. I have already made payment via online and I have no idea whether my product will be delivered or not. Please do the needful

I ordered a Romper from this company on 13 / 07 / 2022, but they have still not delivered the order. after few days i get a mail with Delhivery tracking ID, which is still showing still not picked up. This people are not even responding to my mails. Please help

This site doesnt give you any ypdates on your order, also there is no reply from their support team

I hav purchased a shoe from this website and the size of the shoes was not fitting to me and also the quality of. the shoes was also far different from shown in the website.. i have raised a complaint against the same and asking for a return or at least an exchange for the same on there official email id and tries to cantact them on there instagram, facebook and whatsap handle multiple times but did not receive any reply from them

My name is Brijesh from Vadodara, Gujarat. I ordered the Chelsea Boot on 2nd Jan and received the product on 7th Jan. After the unboxing the shoes doesn't match as per the image and material too PU leather not the original leather as mention in their website.

I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND REFUND FOR THE SAME.

Now after trying to contact via mail and their site customer support contact details nobody is replying neither giving a response.

This is a similar complaint as last made by another gentleman against the same online clothing and accessories company Fashion Razor. I bought a shoe and didnt find it as per the image neither comfortable and made a return request the next day. I have been following up from them on the return through the only mode of contact which is email : [protected]@gmail.com, however with no response till date.

Also the address on their website of Vasai, Maharashtra seems to be wrong one as i sent someone to check but the person couldn't find the shop as per the address posted on the website.
