I placed an order on Fashion Razor on July 16, 2024 for a half sleeve T-shirt (Order 13250) and immediately received a confirmation on email after I made the payment of Rs. 569.05
However, since then, there has been no update regarding the shipment. The tracking page is exactly how it was after placing the order with no updates. A blanket line - We will update you when your order is ready - has been posted with no other help.
The company does not even have a customer care number but only an email to which I sent multiple complaints as well a few days ago. But as expected, no response has been generated.
The product was a gift for a friend's birthday and the gift has already been delayed. Judging by the complaints on this page, I regret my decision of buying from this company. I sincerely hope this complaint is effective in resolving my issue. Was this information helpful? |
