[Resolved] Fashionfiona — wrong saree i received i want to return the saree and refund the payment | |||||
Sir I have placed blue colour saree our order no: 12544 dated 22/12/2017 for rs. 490 + tax + cash on delivery charges total i have paid rs.634/-. They sent the very cheap quality silk saree. I received the saree on 27/12/2017 time on 05.41 pm. I want to return the saree to fashionfiona company. But it not working return option. What can i do for that saree amount. sir another complaint is i have receive phone call from consumer complaints i.e. phone no:+917065864832 she told that complaint charges 1000/- is drawn from my bank account on 31/12/2017 at 3.30 pm.she said that with in 2 days he refund the amount of Rs. 1000/- and saree Amount Rs. 634/-. She draw the amount with ATM Debit card with my pin number but she din't replay the phone and she not liftyting my phone number so, please solve my problem as early as possible. | |||||
