I have seen the ad on YouTube regarding the summer sale from https://fashionfeestas6.myshopify.com/ and I ordered 4 ladies' shuts and paid Rs518 and 259 amount deducted from PayU Payments Private Limited. But I have not received any email or order confirmation, which is why I understand that this is a fraud order I have seen your site attach their name, so I make a complaint. Please do something.

        Have placed an order #16637 with Fiona creation on 07/11/2020 of Rs. 657.80/-.
        I paid the amount via their website and they sent me a message stating that your is booked and we will notify you when your order is ready. But until now no notification came and no one is responding. Also they had given their email ID [protected]@gmail.com and that also no use. Please help me to get my money back. I request you to look into the matter.

          Sir/madam,

          I have already complaint to your portal for the wrong sarees dispatched. You people cheat the customers. This is alka kaushik, kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible. My money return to me i cant buy any product from the cheater site okwomen.

          Already 6 or 7 days left... Return my money immediately.

          I send the complaint on 29th jan for the same but no reply from site. Resolve the matter as soon as possible. Our money not for the cheaters. We earn money with very hard work but you people not understand these type of things. Finally you send my money immediately.

              I ordered banars silk material sky blue saree & floral designer cream and blue kurti on 4th january but i received both srees which is totally different from original product.. My order no. 27308. The number & the email address they have provided are fake. Request you to take action on this company or else they will keep fooling other people by giving them wrong products. The company is based in surat... I tried reaching out to fashionfiona to see if there was a return process, but the website was no more. This website does not exist message with a phone number and an email showed up.

                I received a packet from your side today but in this packet different saree not whose when I order. The consignment no of this
                packet is AWB No.[protected]. This received material just low standrad. Kindly replaced it through my select material
                other return my amount.
                My selected Material is Banarasi Silk material – Pink & Golden- 010 and Fantastic Saree for women – 020.
                I paiy for the packet 1170/-
                The mobile number printed on the packet is temporary out of service.
                PLEASE RESOLVE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY.

                      I have ordered two banarasi silk sarees (Banarasi silk material - orange & purpal saree-002). Order number #29322 order amount rs.634

                      I got the delivery for these products on 5th jan 2018 got completely different very cheap quality sarees.

                      I tried reaching out to fashionfiona to see if there was a return process, but the website was no more. This website does not exist message with a phone number and an email showed up. The phone went unanswered. I sent them an email asking for return process and refund, no response yet. I now see many complaints against the merchant on consumercomplaints.

                          There was one saree and one lehanga choli that was ordered.
                          We have recd 3 sarees instead and are really cheap quality. This needs to be returned. The quality of sarees are just not wearable.

                            I ordered a banarasee saree and two banaras suit materials from Fashion Fiona on Jan3. I received the product on Jan9th. I paid Rs.1700 via credit card. On retrospect I must have opened the product to check and then paid. What I received was three bundles of low-quality stuff. I tried reaching out to FashionFiona to see if there was a return process, but the website was no more. THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT EXIST message with a phone number and an email showed up. The phone went unanswered. I sent them an email asking for return process and refund, no response yet. I now see many complaints against the merchant on consumercomplaints.

                                I had ordered for four kurtis on 25th dec 2017 (Order#16513)... Received the parcel on 6th jan 2018... The particular mentioned on parcel was kurti but there were two cheap quality sarees inside... I then contacted the customer care number, they gave me a regional office number... When i contacted on this number they told me file a complaint via e-mail id '[protected]@gmail.com'... Now its been three days but still i have not got any reply...

                                I request to look into the matter and replace the order with the correct one or refund the money at the earliest...

The website is not found anymore and the number is not reachable. The whole thing seems to be fake.                                   I ordered a saree worth rs. 499.. including delivery charges and all, the bill amt was rs. 636.

                                  I received a saree with a cheap material, it's altogether a different saree. It will not cost half of its price. I have attached the pic of the saree i got.

                                      I placed an order one kurti but I got it totally different, cheap quality. I paid to vendor 526 Rs. It was the cost of Kurti. hence refund me my money and take your product back. I have a tried contact company alot ..plz help me

                                        I have ordered cream readymade embroidered kurti with inner. But they have delivered very cheap pieces of different coloured churidar material. Give me the same material otherwise return my money. Accept my complaint or i will go on with further move... This is the first time iam experiencing such a brutal cheat.
                                        I never knew that they can cheat on their costumer. I always keep shopping online from different sites; but they have never done like this to me. Thats when i starts to trust on these kind of sites. But i couldnt bear this. Atleast i want my money back.
