Fashionista — Return not picked up and refund not processed

I ordered an item in March through max fashion app. I raiswd return request within the eligible timeline. App showed refund initiated and item will be picked up. Its been two months and item is yet to be picked up and refund is not processed. I have called their customer care several times. They keep saying concern is raised and item will be picked up . But hasnt happened yet. I have lost faith in them. Now my app also shows item delivered and not refund initiated. Its like they are duping us. What can i do
